Harriet, first a friend of head chef Dani Barbosa, was asked to join the team while Dani was building this new project. Thanks to her artistic eye and her skills in public relations, Dani knew Harriet would be the ideal person for the role. Dynamic and ambitious, she speaks English and French and connects us with the media, the public, and industry professionals.
