Mila Binst, an apprentice chef from Arles, has been passionate about gastronomy since childhood. She chose to turn that passion into a career by training with Dani and Alan. Curious and eager for culinary discoveries, she fuels her creativity both in the kitchen and through writing food reviews, which help her refine her palate and critical eye. Today, she brings all her energy and enthusiasm to the Bucado team and its guests, with a strong desire to grow every day and share her generous vision of cooking.
