Charlène Dizac

Charlie is your first contact at Bucado. A lover of Brazil, where she lived for six months, she shares her passion for this wonderful country with Dani Barbosa and the rest of the team.

Outside of the restaurant business, Charlie is a photographer, photojournalist, and tintypist.

Charlie speaks Portuguese in her daily life, and it was thanks to her partner that she discovered samba from the inside out. It was at the São Paulo Carnival in the heart of Avenida, surrounded by musicians, dancers, and contagious smiles, that she felt the soul of the Brazilians shine.

Today, it's a natural fit for her to find herself at Bucado—to share a little of that warmth and joy in the restaurant, sharing with her customers the most beautiful things this country has to offer: its culture, its warmth... and, of course, its flavors.
