Alan Cornec is the second in command in the kitchen at Bucado. Alan is a super-involved cook, who is fully committed to the project. He comes from Brittany and worked at Pierre Gagnaire's restaurant in Aix before meeting Dani in the kitchen at Bubo, where he was swept away by the chef's Brazilian flavors. It is therefore with pleasure that he remains at her side for this new adventure. And then, he was already in love with Brazil... because his partner is Brazilian!
