Theme: A cachaça tasting masterclass with five course brazilian menu with five cachaça pairings
Chef Dani Barbosa welcomes Everton Fioresi, Brazilian cachaça sommelier and founder of Casa Cachaça, for an exceptional event dedicated to tasting and discovering cachaça.
During this masterclass, Everton - an expert in the Brazilian spirit made from fresh sugarcane juice (fermented and distilled) - will guide you through its history, its eco-responsible production methods, and its unique aromatic profile. Cachaça is, of course, the iconic spirit behind the famous caipirinha.
For the occasion, Chef Dani Barbosa has created a five-course menu, specially designed to harmonize with the five cachaça pairings selected by Everton. Throughout the evening, he will present each pairing, its origins, and its tasting notes.
